I'm pleased to see 6 parking bays included in the design. I think is pathetic that there is a maximum amount of parking in a development, in this particular case the maximum would be 8 despite there being 11 bedrooms.

Interesting that Grange Villa that is to be knocked down used to be a school in the early 1900s and recently has been rented out as an edcuation centre.

The site already has outline permission for 4 two bed apartments, this new application adds a three bedroom apartment in the roofspace.
