Last years figures showed that the collective would have cost me MORE than my existing suppliers .... a trivial saving on gas but a noticeable increase in electricity cost.
They should have two collective plans, one for high users and one for low users, common sense would indicate that the potential savings for a 9 bedroom detached house and a single bedsit are going to have substantially different requirements.
