We wish to reduce the number of self-contained apartments to be established within the retained former Cole Street School to 33 no. We also wish to amend the flat mix and apartment types and sizes within the retained former Cole Street School. This is to be accomplished by the removal of the two original staircases within the wings (re-allocating the former common parts space to the demised apartments). The original lift was within the front extension and this has been re-positioned within the central atrium A central staircase has been introduced in the central atrium and is located adjacent to the repositioned lift. The above changes are fully encapsulated within the new plan/drawing numbers referenced below. Further, the changes do not affect the appearance of any elevation of the retained building, nor the footprint on which it sits, nor the external "envelope" including proposed materials, etc.
