Removal of part of the roof and creation of balcony / terrace in front of existing dormer window. However, the valley apex supporting the upper roof has been advised by an engineer to now stay in place. This will make the outlook the same as the proposed accepted apart from a small section of roof staying in place (seen in attached drawing picture) and the doors being smaller in width to accommodate this. Replace existing dormer window with Bi fold/French doors will stay the same but now only 2 French doors and a window and not 3 folding doors. Part internal/external wall moved back internally to create more balcony terrace floor space will stay the same also. For clarity...The only changes being a smaller width doors/window to original and a section of original roof staying in place. Everything else on accepted plans will stay the same.
