To replace our existing metal bar 1800mm tall gates with new decorative metal gates in the same position, height at top 2480mm, with the name New Ferry Butterfly Park included. See attached design. The gates open into our nature reserve, with access from the Merseyrail-owned unadopted road that serves the station car park. They open onto hard standing; see photo. The project has been agreed with Merseyrail and Cheshire Wildlife Trust. Hedges (planted by ourselves in 1996) abut the gates but will be unaffected.
