38 HEATH DRIVE, UPTON, CH49 6LF - NMA/21/01829

The construction company built the extension one wall width longer then originally planned for. This recently came to our attention following a roof leak as the roofs tile originally specified are not suitable for the current roof pitch. We would like the planning department to be aware of this and we would like to seek retrospective approval if required.
